Core Functions & Responsibilities
Facilitate Meetings (Agile Ceremonies)
Daily Standups: Keeps the 15-minute daily check-in focused.
Sprint Planning & Reviews: Helps the team plan what work to take on next and demo completed features.
Retrospectives: Leads team discussions on what went well and what to improve.
Clear Roadblocks (Impediment Removal)
Step in immediately when team members are blocked (e.g., waiting on access, missing requirements, cross-team dependencies).
Shield developers from outside distractions or unexpected work requests.
Track & Coach
Keep Jira or Azure DevOps boards clean and up to date.
Track team speed (velocity) to help forecast realistic delivery dates.
Coach the team and Product Owner on how to write clear work items.
Mandatory skills
We are looking for candidates with excellent spoken English, clear and easy-to-understand communication, and strong client-facing skills .
