Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Scrum Master to support Agile delivery, sprint planning, team coordination, backlog management and continuous improvement initiatives . You will
work closely with Product Owners, development teams, QA teams, business stakeholders and project teams to facilitate Agile practices and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Support Agile teams in following Scrum principles, practices and processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Track sprint progress, commitments, dependencies, risks and impediments.
  • Identify and help remove obstacles affecting team productivity and delivery.
  • Maintain sprint boards, action items, project documentation and status reports.
  • Support estimation, capacity planning and sprint planning activities.
  • Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress and delivery trends.
  • Coordinate communication between development teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Assist teams with continuous improvement and retrospective action plans.
