Salary: $67,000 - 71,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience and functional proficiency supporting end users with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) financial or business modules
• Practical experience with ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise help desk ticketing platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and a record of providing professional, patient, thorough customer service by phone, email, and chat
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document detailed steps and create end-user knowledge base articles
• Ability to work collaboratively with flexible coverage arrangements and manage increased workloads during peak periods
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal finance, accounting, or business systems, particularly in NOAA or Department of Commerce environments
• Preferred: Experience with Tier 0/Tier 1 application intake and ticket routing in a high-volume federal help desk

• Provide courteous, timely, professional functional support to NOAA end users experiencing issues with Oracle EBS and related finance applications
• Monitor help desk phone queues, team and individual email inboxes, voicemail, and Google Chat; record interactions, diagnoses, actions, and updates in ServiceNow or other government-provided ticketing software
• Own customer issues from initial intake through resolution, researching problems, analyzing root causes, and keeping users informed when resolution takes longer
• Provide Tier 0/Tier 1 intake and basic troubleshooting for NOAA Business Application Solutions (BAS), route tickets appropriately, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams according to Finance Office procedures
• Assist with end-user training and develop and maintain knowledge base articles to support self-service
• Remain available during work hours and coordinate coverage with federal staff, branch leadership, and teammates during lunch, meetings, peak periods, and fiscal year-end processing
