salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation, proofreading, and editing of legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Handle client communications, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Electronic filings
- Manage deadlines for filings and court appearances, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Assist with billing and time entry processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
