Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Compensation: $25/hr + monthly bonus
Status: Full-time | Hourly
Schedule: Rotating shifts, 40 hours/week, between 7:00am–10:30pm. You'll rotate between opening and closing shifts, with weekend availability required on a rotating basis — you won't work every weekend, but expect some. Days off vary week to week.

What You'll Do

As a Call Center Supervisor, you lead from the front — literally. This role is hands-on: about 90% of your time is spent on the floor, coaching agents in real time, right beside them as they build skill and confidence.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed KPIs
• Deliver real-time coaching that actually sticks
• Build a positive, high-energy environment people enjoy working in
• Have direct, honest conversations that motivate — not deflate
• Use data and technology to track performance and make smarter calls
• Keep the client experience at the center of everything you do

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a KPI-driven environment
• Strong coaching instincts — feedback people actually want to hear
• Confidence handling tough conversations naturally and productively
• Comfort using systems and data to track performance and drive results
• A positive, team-first attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Call center or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
